I ordered flowers for delivery on 21st Dec to a friend for birthday. Flowers did not get delivered. No one informed me by email or message why they did not deliver? Next day morning, I called them at least 10 times, but no one picked up phone. or replied to my email. Finally, someone picked up phone, and told me after checking with local delivery team, that they forgot to deliver! and now, they do not have flowers that I ordered. So, they suggested me something else, and did not give me any choice to choose. Finally, they delivered a day after the birthday at late evening. Very pathetic service. No WhatsApp communication now after Dec 17, 2020. Very slow in replying to emails. You are lucky if your phone is picked up at first attempt.
